Heart says.
Assalamualaikum!
Hoh. I know i've been away for too long. I've been busy with life. REAL life. I mean, who doesnt right? Well this isnt the main point of the entry.
Yesterday we were passing around this donation envelope (? haha damn i didnt know the exact word. #motiptakretinaktulisdalambm #nakimproveenglishpuntakbolehke) around the division. It's for one of our staff's son heart operation at IJN.
Suddenly i heard "someone" said this. "Wah so expensive. Why didnt they go to government hospital?" Seriously it irks me. BIG time.
Point one. It is more than obvious Institut Jantung Negara a.k.a IJN is a government agency hence the name. Duh.
Point two. RM 25 000++ is not really expensive for a heart surgery. IJN is one of the most prestigious heart centre around, housing only experienced and skilled doctors,equipped with latest technology. So how much do you expect to pay to receive those high standard medical treatments? Rm2 500? Honestly i cant believe it came out from someone's mouth who paid rm5 000 for his daughter braces. Irony much? Cant you simply understand medicine these days are expensive, let alone to perform surgeries.
Point three. I dont even think that he would go to government hospital if he's sick. Children are most valuable possessions for parents. Of course they would only want the best for their children and you just dont wanna mess around if it involves heart. These people just want their child to be in the best hands, why are you questioning?
Point four. It's not like they asked you to fully fund the operation. What? They might get extra or save a lot of money if 200 people donate? Gahhh. If you didnt want to donate, then just dont do it. It's totally fine because no one is obligated to do so in the first place. Your statement makes you looks so despicable. I feel shame for you.
Point five. You are simply annoying to n-th times. Even worse after your remarks on this matter.
