Dark and it aint sunshine.

Finally i picked up my notebook from service center yesterday. Waited for ... an hour to be entertained. Mildly pissed caused i aint in the mood to be kept waiting when there wasn't much people in the que (We did not literally had to line up in lines.Mind you.). Few people left even before their turns and i sort of give it a thought too but i didnt have much time either to come back and being held AGAIN hence i waited. An hour.

When it was my turn, the customer service person told me i should have just said i was there to collect my notebook. Yeah , right.Maybe you should asked your friend what he said when i told him the queue number machine cant print queue number for collection. Such a customer-friendly he was.

Anyway, the guy brought out my laptop and said that my computer's harddisk may have corrupted so they replaced it with a new one. He showed me my old harddisk and let me try to access it first. My laptop couldnt recognize any partition on it and i did try to plug and unplug it few times but no success. I wanted to cry.

I said it couldnt be detected and asked them whether i can keep the old one because i might have way for it and of course i cant do it right there and then as it takes some time. He insisted that Asus didnt permitted it (for me to bring it home). My face turns bitter. I said wanted to figure this first and see if it'll works somehow. He said,"Boleh.Takpe2.Try la kalau boleh". Stereotype much? Ingat aku tak reti pasal komputer????

After plug and unplug efforts didnt seems to work, I asked him again to let me bring it home. He gave me the same exact answer like previously. I didnt put much effort in arguing since i have important matter to attend to afterwards. Half-heartedly pasrah and redha define that feelings i felt cause deep inside i know i can figure it somehow if they let me have it. =`(

Hopefully they didnt lied to me and disposed the harddisk for real.
