5.

1. The reason i begin to blog less and rarely updating my facebook because I spent more time on twitter. Well truthfully, now, i've tone down a bit there because of a "new place". It's a little more personal. I kinda feel insecure these days with whatever there is on the Net. In fact in my real life too. The only solution to stop adding up more doubt about everything is to cut all connections from the source completely. But of course, I can't, hence toning things down is a better choice than turning things off.

2. Nek ngah. My mum and my uncles called her mak ngah. She came by that night, most of my family members  were out to Jerantut , leaving me , farah , my uncle and aunt behind at home.

Nek ngah: Mana satu yang PMR tu? (She's looking at me. Farah sat beside me.)
S: (I got confused with that look. Mama and Amir already went to her house earlier that evening. Why on earth she's asking for someone obviously isn't there at the moment. Owh well, still.) Ermmm. Farah SPM tahun ni. Amir yang PMR tahun ni. Saya baru habis belajar, tengah tunggu kerja.(I don't know why i feel obligated to explain more than what i've been asked at that time.)
Nek ngah: Laaaa.Nenek ingat kamu ni adik, dia ni kakak. (When she said dia, she means farah.)

With that, i know Farah was cursing at me that very second. I wanted to laugh out loud obviously, but i had to control myself so i only gave out a big grin. Harhar. On my defense, I'm aware that i always pretend that i'm still a teenager at home but i never actually wanted to be still as young as PMR kids. I mean, who the heck i'm kidding? Nek Ngah must have forgotten her glasses. No pun intended. Honestly.

3. Do you know that imported books in Malaysia costs a bomb? Haha Okay. I'm exaggerating. Well, if you ever did browse books' price online you will find that you can get the books at least rm10 cheaper, sometimes even 3 or 4 times lower for rare titles. And of course, if the shipping price won't kill you.

I always know somehow there must be at least one online bookstore that offer cheaper book as compared to our local bookstore, cheaper even when i'm using my Popular member card (In case you didn't know, Popular member enjoy 10% discount on any item you buy at their store.Sometimes even 20%. T&C apply though.). The best thing of all, they also offer free shipping. No wayyyy!! Yes way, they do.

Book Depository is the name.

Delivery to Malaysia may take up to a month, that is about 3-4weeks. If you're lucky, it'll arrive in a week time after being dispatched! You can read other people's experience here, here , here, here .They are using normal mail but wrap nicely in bubble wrap, so don't worry, your books will arrived in superb condition.

So what triggers me to buy books online? The answer is this.

When I first get to know the book, it was waayyyy back in 2009. I kid you not. People have been recommending the book in Soompi. I was tempted to buy it at the time but when I thought of my Harry Potter and the deathly hallows book that sat idly , untouched on my bookshelf, I know I shouldn't start another series. It was few months back when my dad offered to pay for any book that I want. Without any hesitation , I pick up this book and nothing else.

And of course, I didn't read the book before finishing my HP7 book. Aha. I'm loyal like that.

Besides The Hunger Games trilogy books, I also purchased Norwegian Wood by Haruki Murakumi. From the reviews I've read, I can't find anyone who dislikes Murakumi's writing. I did read few quotes of his books and i think i might also like his books.

I pick Euro currency for my transaction because I've read somewhere that  Euro currency will results in lowest converted price compared to others ( I count every cent I spend so I do care about this =p ).

So how much I spend on these three books? Euro15.77 , after I got 10% off for referring a friend. *cough*. That's around RM66++!

I did check with Popular and they're priced at RM42.90 each for both Catching Fire and Mockingjay. Can you see how much did I save on these books? =O

Now, I do sound like I'm paid for advertising that site. =_="

Peeta Mellark, I'm a goner too.

p/s: Never knew that this post is going to be this long.LOL.
